Judge Dan Nagle Files for Re-Election
Raleigh, NC, USA- 2 December 2019 – On the first day of candidate filing, Judge Dan Nagle, Wake County District Court Judge, filed to seek re-election in 2020 at the State Board of Elections in Raleigh. A retired law-enforcement officer with Wake County Sheriff’s Office and former Assistant District Attorney, Judge Nagle brings a unique perspective to the bench. Judge Nagle said, “I look forward to each and every day on the bench and take pride in my work. Since my election in 2012 and my re-election in 2016 I have continued to make a difference here in Wake County. ”

Board of Elections Certifies 2012 Primary Results
Raleigh, North Carolina, USA- 1 June 2012 – The State Board of Elections met on Wednesday, May 23rd and certified the 2012 Primary Election results. The Board confirmed candidate Dan Nagle as a nominee for district court judge (Gray seat) in the 10th judicial district serving all of Wake County. Nagle will proceed to the general election to be held on November 6, 2012.

Dan Nagle Files for Wake County District Court Judge
Raleigh, North Carolina, USA- 20 February 2012 – Dan Nagle, an assistant district attorney with the Wake County District Attorney’s Office, filed today for the seat now held by retiring district court judge Jane Gray.Currently Nagle serves as assistant district attorney with the Wake County District Attorney’s Office. After 28 years of service as a law enforcement officer, Nagle retired as Major with the Wake County Sheriff’s Office under Sheriff Donnie Harrison.”My decades of public service, both as law enforcement officer and assistant district attorney, allow me to bring a unique perspective to the bench unparalleled by any other candidate,” Nagle said.
